A Brief History of Our Family-Owned Staffing Agency

Motivated Personnel Limited started in Caledon in 1986. MP grew to be a significant staffing resource for Caledon, Aurora, Newmarket, Concord, Brampton, and some sectors of Toronto. MP serviced the needs of major companies across these regions. Whether the need was for 1 staff or 200, we proved our competence. In 1996, Olsten recognized Motivated Personnel as a player in the industry and acquired MP. Subsequently, Olsten changed its focus, dropped its attention in these areas, and was acquired by another service.

Hence, the resurgence of Motivated Staffing Inc. In the convening years, our principals have expanded their knowledge base with experiences in various industries always within the staffing area. In this world of mergers and acquisitions, we have decided to do it on our own. Our dreams will never be theirs and theirs will not be ours. We will remain content to stay focused on our customers and be the best that we can be. MSI is Canadian-owned and operated. We are here to serve you.

We support the ‘Code of Ethics’ of ACSESS (Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services) and the ‘Rules of Professional Conduct’ of HRPA (Human Resources Professional Association) which give guidance to the staffing Industry.
